Useful Styling Tools

Useful Styling Tools:

Blow Dryer -- Blow drying your hair gives lift, extra body, and much more fullness. Also, if you use styling brushes, first heat a section then use your cool-down button to set the style while still holding the hair on the brush.

Curling Iron -- If you use a thermal setting spray, you'll get longer lasting hold. Spray each section before you roll.

Hot Rollers -- Spray each section before you roll. Roll on base. Start at end of hair, and roll to scalp holding roller securely. You'll have more lift and a better set.

Pick -- A comb-and-pick in one makes styling hair easier. Have metal ends with fine-tooth comb. Great for teasing. Gives you super lift.

Vent Brush -- Heat goes through the brush which sets the hair much faster.

Round Brush -- Practice with a round brush. You'll get great lift and smooth ends. You'll love it.

Mousse, Gel, Foam, Wax, etc. -- Learn what different styling products do for your hair. Read labels. Ask your stylist questions. Products really do help in styling your hair, holding a set longer, getting lift, and in protecting your hair!

Diffuser -- If you have a perm or naturally curly hair, drying your hair in a diffuser will keep it from frizzing, give it more body, and give you healthier looking hair.
